Anita Raaj used to wear Bindis in the colors serial. So this is from yrkkh. Also it cannot be from Makar Sankranti as Abhira had green/red dress for that ocassion.

Yes it was savi ki sawari and her looks and dressing style was quite different there. This is from yrkkh only i think.
