Not a fan of either, but I found Mohabbatein more engaging.

Nevertheless, Mohabbatein will always have a special place in my heart because it had been my 1st SRK movie

I would love to know which of his first 2 does Aditya Chopra actually like. 

Why DDLJ was put against Mohabbatein and not against something like Oh Darling Yeh Hai India or Maya Memsaab?  Which one do you want me to choose huh ?
