I heard many rumors about their affair but nothing was confirmed. Recently, I am saw a YouTube video of their relationship. I am kind of confuse about something. I was a child when they debuted. So I don’t know much about this rumor. Hrithik married Sussanne in 2000. So he did had affair with Kareena while he was married with Sussanne or before? Kareena doesn’t seem like a girl that can have affair with a married man.
