Why did Merry Christmas flop so hard?

Katrina Kaif is in the league of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.  Both can’t act to save their lives.  Katrina experimenting didn’t help Merry Christmas at all!

Coz it released in January

Because it lacked entertainment!

The movie was similar to Jaane jaan 

They did not promoted the movie that well. Katrina performance was very much appreciated by everyone. So it was not her.
