Her comment was rude towards him and if you look at his facial expression, you can see he looks very shocked and disturbed.
But perhaps Anushka took it lightly because she remembers that in comparison to her own debut, KJo actually threatened to "murder" her career so Ranveer actually had it better off. No one was trying to kill him lol.
