Kartik is more successful than Aditya. Yes Adi is hot and all but Kartik has a solid BO record compared to Aditya whose last hit was Aashiqui 2 more than 10 years ago

Kartik is the better actor and has way bigger of a BO pull with a pretty decent fan following.

It's a definite upgrade from the lazy, non actor ARK. 

Atleast KA will be able to hold his own in front of Tripti as an actor. ARK would have ended up being embarrassed - the only reason he seemed 'good' in Aashiqui 2 was because he was paired against one-expression Shraddha

I sincerely hope Kartik doesnt look as ugly as he ia looking these days. I mean A2 had a lot to do with ARK and Shraddha looking their best qnd having wonderful old world chemistry and I just cant bring myself to imagine Kartik as an Aashiqui hero with his recent chusa hua aaam face.

the movie was successful because Aditya Shraddha had chemistry 

Tripti needs to up her PR game otherwise Kartik’s PR will take over everything.

kartik is not a romantic hero and the pair is a downgrade too.

He was way better in Satyprem - better than anything ARK has ever done

Tripti had more chemistry with RK in those 5-10 mins, than Shraddha has ever had in all of her career

Kartik-Tripti is a massive upgrade both talent wise and BO wise
