Downloaded the twitter clip. Zoom aur slow karke dekha to honestly laga nahi that he attempted to hit her. Might have wanted to. But as far as his actions are concerned, it didn't look like the slap thing to me.

P.S. What's with the excuse of the other person being irritating/annoying? You cannot control other people/expect them to tone down or keep quiet because you want to talk. I am not a vicky fan and I have bashed him the most for disrespecting his marriage. But he definitely didn't intend to hit ankita
