Can Vicky win the clash against Superstar RK?

I was just wondering if that can actually happen considering Vicky did give a superhit this year though he also gave Bhajan Kumar .

But he's a good actor probably better than RK, Meghna Gulzar is highly acclaimed director, patriotic theme, Sam Bahadur was a maverick.

On the other hand we have Ranbir fresh off the success of Brahmastra, TJMM and freshly attained Superstar tag in all the posters, has much hyped music, controversial content, Vanga and is being hyped as the vehicle that ought to establish him as the darling of the masses. Even the runtime tweet has 10 times more sm traction than the other film's poster.

I am mean what would/could be the implications if the underdog sweeps through here.

However, the music is a bit of a disappointment in Animal

The two trailers will tell us. Exhibitors will be watching carefully. The initial programming will be according to that. Later adjustments  will be made according to advances in cities  and enquiries in smaller towns.The best SM can hope for is 40% screens, if music catches on like in Raazi. It may have to settle for 30- 35%, if trailer is boring. 7- 8 crore opening will be welcomed by RSVP.

  Uri  was made on a budget of 26 crs. Opened at nearly 9 crores and made LTT of 244 crs in India.

Personally interested in Sam Bahadur. 

But box office wise, Animal looks stronger. 

I liked animal movie songs but after listening to it multiple times like ar rahman songs. May be it will pick up once the movie releases like jawaan. 

No. Animal is directed by Sandeep Vanga. I am expecting the main character to be toxic and abusive.  

I will be watching Sam Bahadur.

Sometimes 2 movies come and neither do very well. I foresee this. It’s very easy for me to believe the Vicky movie will crap out. But from Animal I’m not feeling it will be KS level hit let’s see tho
