Totally agree. They could have shown so much in Mein but it's just running in circles as of now. Because they look stunning together and they have very nice chemistry (You knowing the kind where you are shy as well with your partner, Idk if this makes sense) Too much dragging of same thing again and again. I don't even think that they are going towards any romantic route. One thing I don't understand is why did they promote so much with Ayeza and Wahaj's paring and also the title track video as well where they made it look like both are in love with eachother but also egoistic. Abhi tak show me only thing I can see is ego and no love. Half show hogaya bhai

Despite all the flaws, Mein still makes for an interesting watch. The amount of hate it gets is so unfair imo. Audience are so not used to seeing such unlikeable characters as leads. The relatability or the empathy kicks in only when their transformative journey begins , if only they had aired 2 epis/ week ..things would’ve looked different. BPD can manifest in diff. Ways n every individual exhibits it differently - here the problem is MUB is narcissistic and also has BPD n people are judging her harshly. And the same with Zaid- he is not a typical hero material(atleast until now) he is as flawed as Mub, W has given a very restrained performance and is playing it very subtly by internalizing his emotions but we just keep harping on the video/audio clarity, direction and showcasing of elitism week after week. I really hope it picks up pace and delivers a good second half! I keep coming back to Mein despite all its flaws because I don’t find any other shows interesting on pak tv.

I agree with you in a way. You know I totally understand Mubashira to he honest bcz I know she is bipolar and is narcissist as well and both are mental health issues in her case atleast. I don't really mind grey characters but my problem here is I can't really seem to like Zaid's character at all (By like I mean not because he is a bad person. But you know his actions) I know there are passive aggressive people as well and Mein is all about grey characters but still there should be something. Zaid has no strength of character in my opinion. His anger and actions are misplaced. Why not just leave MJ. Almost half drama is done and I feel like there is no progression. But yes, I keep on coming back because I started watching this and there is no other single pak drama as of now.

Looks like mein is going to be ranjha ranjha kardi 2.0 or abro 2.0 i really feel sorry for mubashira for this disease

Yes they look so good. MariaB seems to be better than Mein makers. I feel like there's so much potential and much could have been explored with them in the drama but ..

I haven't watched those shows so no idea about it :(

But yes I feel bad for Mubashira bcz everyone around her knows of her condition but they only trigger that. They do nothing to calm her down. Just treatment and having a nurse isn't enough. You can't just blame her including her father who knws her issue. It's all messed up

Yeah I've watched abro and RRK abro's story is about a crazy teen girl played by eshal Fayaz she ruined the show for me with her overacting and RRK is about a girl played by Iqra who wants to make it big but fell in love with a guy played by Jibran but after he betrayed her she marries bhola Played by imran

I think there’s a lot at stake if HE divorces her out of his volition. Let’s not forget their business is a joint venture and from what I’ve seen so far, Mr.Jaffar is heading the conferences n stuff like that- so he could be the primary stakeholder and not that he cares much but his sister would lose Rayyan forever. So he’s orchestrating ways to make Mub do the honors ! And he’s also sadistically trying to torment his dad for what he did to him. I am not defending Z here but that’s who he is.
