Citing Scott Adams (even though he's canceled), humans are all moist robots. We all have certain programming in our brains. 

Some people are programmed to value physical appearances. These people will sacrifice personal joy and everything else to maintain appearances. 

Some people are programmed to value life's pleasures. These people will sacrifice their personal appearance to experience the joy that food brings. 

I don’t really care about food all that much so I find it easy to relate to the meme more. Runner’s high is something else. But so is sitting on the couch all day and staring at the wall. Find you a girl that can do both. In Jesus name, amen.
