There is some truth here I used to be a major chocolate addict as a teen, then when I started doing yoga, I automatically became conscious of what I eat ….i started eating more healthy and now I barely get any “craving” to eat excessively sweet or fried/salty foods …. I mean if my friends take me to pizza I’ll have it but I won’t finish off a whole pizza to get satisfaction…I’m happy having a few slices …
