I have always seen Kareena being rather arrogant. 

Sometimes they also are hit with nasty comments like if you get married no one will want to work with you etc.

Jahnvi has confidence issues as Nepo kids are constantly told even having a friend is due to their parents popularity then their own merit. So who knows what's going thru their minds also.

Why is he surprised? Such rude people is many even outside Bollywood.. you can find worst type of people everywhere.. 

Actually Kareena is a victim of  her own ego like many others. SRK is not a victim of his own ego as much as Kareena.

Narayan is a very much grounded and understanding person considering he is a billionaire. Mukesh and Nita Ambani can never match his humble personality.
