According to Einstein, Time travel is possible but only forwards. So, if these ET beings could travel to the past too then that might be something... And if they can then, they would be a lot more powerful than the technologies available here...

I saw this video a few days ago. I don't really believe that these are aliens doing but it has a probability, right?

This video is about a case of the mysterious disappearance and death of Zigmund Adamski. He had been mysteriously vanished from a common place and later found dead 5 days after his disappearance. He was discovered as placed on top of a coal heap and his clothes were worn like someone else who has no idea about it had put it on him. He had been injured on the neck and a really bad haircut and they also discovered a jelly like substance on his neck which is not identified till today. His face was really contorted like he had seen something so frightening or something he shouldn't have seen.

That's fairly new. I have heard there are older books too written before 2000.

Sounds intriguing. There was another video that speculated a traveller's from parallel Universe landing up in Japan Airport. He had passport of a mythical country in Europe. Nothing has been confirmed though.
