" what is making us all so hateful all the time?!"
"us"???!!! no, I'm not hateful
"all the time"???!!! not at all
however, I could tell you what people "is making" - probably - "so hateful"...
it's a possibility to vent frustration...and bashing celebs online is still better than getting relief by giving way to the devil in us against those next to us...
Celebs have the choice to just put the online-negativity aside/into the dustbin.
Imagine if everyone was just saying all flowery sweet things about every celebrity all the time. How interesting would this forum be?
I get some of the hate against her stems from misogyny. But there is a difference between constructive criticism and actual vitriol.

They have this choice ..but even the trollers have the choice to not let negativity overpower them.
Is it easy for the celebs to face all this trolling on a daily basis and ignore it?
It's human tendency to get affected by negativity directed at one's self..KJo mentioned about his experience of waking up to abuses daily. Celebs may have n number of flaws and wrongdoings..but what good does posting abusive comments do for the abuser? U attract that same vibe
She hasn't done anything. I think KJo is more to be blamed😆
It's a half truth. Alia does get some hate which is quite obviously rooted in misogyny, because of how ambitious she is. And generally, most of our viewpoints are colored by gender roles. So most online criticism is too.
But I don't think any of that is different from what Deepika or Priyanka get. Priyanka gets more hate for breathing than either Alia or Deepika do.
