Compared to her contemporaries.
I don't think so. The girl has not gotten a decent hit to her name. and she does not seem to have good releases coming up. Dreamgirl 2, Ayushman will probably take all the praise as does most of her co-stars.
I still don't get why media keep hyping her to be the star to look out for. She as 6 releases since 2019 and barring, all underperformed at the Box office. I think 4 years is a long time to establish yourself, and she still has not given a decent hit. I think even KJo has lost hope in his muse and does not think she has what it takes to become as successful as Alia hence why she has been suggested to hook up with currently the only eligible bachelor in B-town who will keep her in the news and relevant.
what do you all think.
Edited by Lady_Impala - 4 months agoShe is getting movies and will continue to get them thanks to Snake Jo and other industry connections. But its clear people are not really warming up to her so far.
She has mostly stayed in news thanks to her overactive PR, her friendship with SRK's kids, nepo daddy KJo, her mom's stint on Bollywood wives, and her constant linkups with everyone. Her work has hardly kept her in news.
Edited by Daebak - 4 months agoJahnvi's track record is the worst. She does not have a single theatrical hit to her name but still gets movies served on a platter.
Boney must be ghost producing them😆
Sridevi had some goodwill/fans/friendships in the industry (esp KJo). Those are paying off well for her kids.
Edited by Daebak - 4 months agoimo, she isn't successful at all 😆 i think she's the worst out of her contemporaries and defo ranks at the veeeery bottom of the list
I feel like even if she delivers a hit, i’ll never warm up to her with that God awful SoBo accent. She seems less bitchy than a Jahnvi but there’s something so unlikeable about all the current crop of nepo kids. But just like Alia, give them enough movies and one will eventually become a hit right?
