Definitely give it a try but don't ruin the suspense by looking for its plot or story. It hits u really hard when u realise why they are doing it.

Even mosquitos find my blood extra attractive. If I'm there in a room full of people then any mosquito repellent is not required for others as all mosquitoes stick to me only 🤷🏼‍♂️😒

I’m the same. First to get bitten. I’m so bloody sensitive, the heat of opening the oven burns my skin. So believe me when I say I’ll be the first to get possessed. 😆

Yes i saw and frankly she didn't nothing much for her revenge but exposed each's others dirty secrets and that lead to everyone's destruction... She did nothing much ... That's what I felt.

watched it. liked the first part but second part was highly disappointing.

considering the position, power, and anger of antagonist she looked like a fool in last few episodes.

K Dramas portray a fluffy and happy culture filled with romance, smiles and love for food. Like you said, the school bullying is usually a subplot in dramas and it’s always shown to be an insignificant or minute aspect to the story.

I’ve also heard that racism is extremely prevalent in Korea as well. I guess I’ll see for myself when I visit in September.

Oh wow! You are visiting Korea 😃 Hope you have a really great time and come back with only good memories. I am happy for you!

To be honest, I also have a nagging feeling in my heart about racism being prevalent there although everything is just hearsay. Also, racism is present everywhere so can’t really single them out. I first got this feeling while watching a show I really loved. In it, the bosses used to threaten their employees of transferring them to their India branch if they didn’t perform well or some such thing. I feel that it was meant in a derogatory manner. :(

Romance is almost non existent it’s so subtle 😆

You are safe to watch this one if that is your only concern.

Thank you! The first thing I want to do in Korea is just catch a bus. K drama lead characters and their love for riding the bus while travelling at night gave me major fomo. 😅

Racism is prevalent everywhere but I’ve heard Korea being mentioned one too many times for my own comfort. I guess it’s more shocking because the dramas are mainly so light hearted and fluffy. It’s hard to fathom that a dreamlike place has any form of racism and bullying. A lot of people who visited Korea also warned the public of hidden cameras being a major issue in hotels and airbnb rentals.

@ Bold - oh that’s definitely derogatory no matter how you look at it. 😕

I did. The show is good, I was hooked.
But to be honest, it actually shocked me to know that it was inspired by a real life case. Moreover what’s even more unbelievable is that apparently extreme bullying in schools is not that uncommon in Korea. I mean what in the world!

A lot of K dramas portray bullying in schools and I never gave it much thought because it is mostly shown as a subplot or just a small part of the story but since knowing that bullying culture is widely prevalent in their schools, it’s really made me so uncomfortable.

recently in the asian boss YT channel , they asked commoners if it was how it is shown in the drama.. they said 100% and one person even said drama is even more tamed down than what happens irl.. gave me jitters..
