I recently finished this series on Hotstar and oh my I regret it. What a pathetic show. Actors were so bad, the story was historically inaccurate and above all the story was hell confusing. Chandragupta looked like a devdas instead of an emperor. After finishing the whole show I still did not get why Chandra was so besotted with Nandini. She was neither beautiful nor intelligent. She was irritating and evil.
The so called Villain Helena actually looked like a heroine because she did some work to make the empire running.🤣And why the hell she was blonde when she was Greek-sogdian Princess? 😂 Why the hell her mom Apama was magadh all the time.🤣😂
Somehow loved the arc of Bindusara and his relationship with his siblings till they destroyed it by making them against him. So sad.
This show shouldn't exist.🤣
