I think CA might be having some blood cancer types where Only Maya being bio mom can help.. And maaya is utilizing it to get Anuj.. Ultimately it will show Anupama as the greatest mom who never did anything against her childrens good whereas maya was making use of her own childs illness for her own selfish romance!

Anupama ne paper read karke sign Kiya tha office mein, barkha got irritated when anupama was reading papers 

So this time she read the letter before signing it for a change ?
