Which actors have done which role so perfectly that no one else can be imagined in place of them in that role and no one else can recreate or match it?

My picks would be - Amrish Puri in Mr India, Amjad Khan in Sholay, Amitabh in Deewar, Kaala Patthar, Shakti, Agneepath, Trishul, SRK in Darr, Entire cast of AAA and Hera Pheri, Utpal Dutt in Golmaal, Hema in Seeta Aur Geeta.

Some that I can remember at the top of my head -

Meena Kumari in Sahib, Bibi Aur Ghulam. There are a few other performances of hers which are fantastic. Need to go look at my list for the film names.

The trio of Hera Pheri

Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi in Munnabhai series

The entire cast of Angoor

I totally agree on Ashutosh Rana in Dushman. He terrorised me as a kid. I would also add his role in Sangharsh.
