Are Hollywood celebs sycophants for business tycoons like Indians?

I want to know if celebs in any part of the world are as bootlicker, available and sycophants for politicians, gangsters, babas, business tycoons the way Indian ones, especially Bollywood ones are for Ambanis, politicians, babas, deras etc?

Or is it unique to only Indian celebs to kiss ass of rich,famous, powerful and become mujrewala and court jesters for their durbars?

It sort of bugs me how celebs do ANYTHING for Ambanis, even rivals turn up there, perform at their weddings or parties or turned waiters and served guests at wedding of Isha Ambani.

Or how celebs literally sat at feet of Indira Gandhi in past.

And grovel in front of gangsters too.

I want to know from members who follow celebs abroad too. Is this available for hire and asskissing behaviour seen in singers, actors, directors, writers abroad too or is it unique to Indian ones?

I am not putting Hollywood ones on pedestal. I asked purely out of curiosity if they also obey richest tycoons blindly as Indian ones are puppets for Ambani? Do they also kiss ass of President like Indians do for PM or other politicians?
