I think Abhimanyu will go to the conference wherein he will see a happy Akshra and Abhinav (cvz might even show Abhinav injured, akshra crying for him and Abhimanyu doing procedure on him). And jealous Abhimanyu say yes to Arohi for marriage as soon as he gets back home.
I think soon Akshra will get back to Udaipur at the pretext of Mimi's health. Don't want to see Akshra getting insulted at Birla hospital yet again but I think cvz want sympathy by making her bechari. All that strong mom strong beta vibes will turn out to be a big time sham. In reality Akshra would be bashed by Arohi Anhi and Manjiri. Abhir would be bullied by Arohi and Rooh.
