Correct me if I'm wrong but BB clearly said the ration sent has been decided with dietary requirements of every contest in mind. 

How does this mean that the entire chicken is sent for Shalin? 

It just means Shalin's requirement will be met with the amount of food sent it. Extra nahi chahiye hoga
