Cleavage show has been common since early 2010s. I started by career by that time. I was shocked to see cleavages and six packs openly before me. Most of the hoteliers ( ex or current) have seen enough nudity by their choice or accident.
Nowdays in most corporate get together and parties, women show their cleavage and figure before other women and girls. This applies to women in managerial position and below. Top brass is only required to be present.
