The episode begins while Pakhi's mum and Agastya's dadi Nileema are talking and how its been 6 days since Pakhi have responsed to the marriage proposal. Pakhi's mum said she will ask her again. Prema (Pakhi's mother) she comes home and tries to talk to Pakhi about the shaadi proposal. Pakhi says she cannot just make that decision. Prema says I'm not saying marry Agastya for our needs but Agastya genuinely cares for you and loves you. Even your father wanted same before he left us all.
Pakhi comes to Agastya's home and tells him she cannot marry him and she doesn't want to spoil their best friend life. She says this is a huge marriage commitment and she cannot just takeaway his happiness. Agastya calms her and makes her sit down. He comes back with ice creams. He reminded Pakhi how he used to get ice cream for her everytime she got upset. Agastya says that is happiness.
Pakhi's mum calls Nileema (Agastya's dadi) saying Pakhi is ready for the marriage. Pakhi comes home. Her mother asks her to try on the lengha. Pakhi says later she will as she looked sad. Pakhi's mother tries to cheer her up.
Pakhi felt she was getting married only for her family's sake and her ego wasn't allowing her. She asked will she able to love her best friend.
