Can she just promote that the movie is about relationships. Just because you are playing ba character that is flawed does not mean it reflects on you. She wants to pretend that she is a woke , liberal saint, you are an actor and entertainer that is it. If you want to show your wokeism you can do it in other ways.

🤦‍♀️Why do actors always feel the need to justify the characters they are playing? It's called acting for a reason. Admit that you are portraying a grey character/antagonist/villain/terrible human/whatever and move on.🤦‍♀️

…not being judged for skin colour , height , family surname, family wealth, race, sexual preferences  all make sense since you are born into these things and it’s not in ur hands to change this …so judging based on what cards life has served u, is inhumane and should be discouraged 

some choices like what u wear , if u work or are a housewife etc don’t hurt others so it makes sense to not be judgemental there too…in that case, to each his own …

There are choices that unintentionally hurt others…like accidents, someone makes a wrong choice of investment and looses all their finances … …I’m still willing to show empathy there depending on the situation since the intention was never to have horrible things happen/ hurt others 

Now there are choices that intentionally hurt others..like cheating .. …this imo can be judged because u are choosing to disrespect a relationship/partner while still wanting the comforts that come with it (social acceptance, money etc)  …u want the best of both worlds and don’t give a shit about whether ur partners needs are being met / if maybe they deserve to go find their love too..ur binding them to u …while doing ur nonsense 

There is a correct answer here ..tell ur partner it’s not working ..break it off and then look for your love …

You atleast respected ur partner enough to not make a fool of them cheating on their back
