Because he was a bad singer. He got votes only because he was popular for his looks. Or else Arijit, Rex and even Shamit were better singers than him.
In terms of looks and acting also Qazi was really weak and too much of a wannabe Hrithik Roshan.
He had no originality. He could have succeeded if he tried TV though. But somehow he got confused between singing and acting and copying Hrithik too much.
