Landmark Scenes, Emotions Galore

Namaste,

While the show itself has seen a sinusoidal transition in the last one month, one cannot argue on the unique premise and the unique treatment that this show promised.

We ALL know the show has a stellar cast and actors who have a wonderful screen presence.

Such cast only brings magic to even in scenes with minimal scope.

What are you standout performances, exceptional scenes (with or without words) and memorable dialogues from the show?

I will start with my 4 (in no particular order)

1. Arguably the best scene so far:

Episode 13: Karan and Sanjana conversation on the terrace while tossing the ball against the wall. Sanjana revealing about her engagement to Kundan.

Karan explaining to her, "Sanju tu ladki hain. Ladkiyan paida hi majboot hoti hain, ladkon se kayi zyada".

2. Episode 10: Karan and Faizi notice a disturbed Sanjana at the training.

Karan: Good morning, Sanju

Sanjana: Sab theek, sirji. Moving away, "Eh, theek se kar".

Faizi: Madam ko tohfa mila tha.

Karan: Kisne bhejha tha?

Faizi: The nations wants to know.

Karan: Mamla serious hain?

Faizi: Top prio

3. Episode 5: Faizi confronts Karan for being too strict so early in the training which could demotivate them.

Karan: Apna gyan apne paas rakh, Faizi. Mujhe apna kaam bahut achche se aata hain.

To which Faizi walks off and Karam tries to stop him realizing he got carried away.

The look on Sanjana's face portraying both, "zyada ho gaya" and pleading Karan to reconcile.

That was just the right emotion!

4. Episode 6: Karan and Faizi patch up.

Karan: Sun na. Tujhe kuch kehna hain toh keh de, chaar gaali dede.

Faizi: Hum kyun apni zubaan kharab karein?!

Karan: Toh kya karega?

Faizi: Tere joote kharab karunga!

Stamps Karan's shoes who then rubs it off.

Karan: Ho gaya? (Faizi smailes) Ab chalein?

I also love all these..

Faizi and Monu's tree hug was also really special! ❤️ I wanna see more of their bonding.

And our Little Baby giving gyaan to Sid friendship karni hoti hai pehle and he acknowledging it. Cutest ❤️

1.Karan Sanju Faizi scene after Karan's suspension where Sanju hit her hand on wall.....

2.Karan and Monami rope scene....

3.Karan trusts Monami on phone issue

4.Sanju Karan scene after date...where sanju is angry and hitting punching bag....

5.Karan goes to submit his uniform and revolver....

Oh that disastrous date!

Actually Diljot's acting was spot on. Especially where she reads the gift and note from "Laal Oon ka Gola, Kundan" 😡.

The hurt on her face! The restlessness coming out of a degree of helplessness. That and the tranaition to disbelief and confusion with Siddhart coming in.

For me there are few things that makes me hook to a show. Character and how well the actor connect and become the character. Transformation of the character as the story unfold. I totally love an actor who do a character out of their comfort zone.

Relationships. I don't really care much about jodi, it all the other relationships that for me is important. Again here it is how well the actor connect with the other characters.

Talking about characters then for me Sid is a "landmark" character. It challenging in the sense that it not something any actor can/are willing to do. It take some guts and you have to keep the right balance. One of the reason that a refer Kunal Karan Kapoor ji as an artist and not actor.

Coming to scenes then every scene with Sid, Monami and Bala. They connect naturally, magic is just there, they complement each other. Then the scene with Sid and Baby. Again the way the two character connected. Magic was just there.

I totally love Sid's scene when he is trying to explain in the jail that he is serious and "a good guy" to Sanjana. The whole scene was brilliant!

Faizi and Sanjana scene when Faizi ask her to close her eyes.

Sanjana scene, when after returning gift she goes it to her room and sit down. Even though there are no expressions there are vulnerability. same when she comes into the restaurant (Sid's Surprise) and are feeling all the feelings a girls feels.

Sid scene when he is sitting by himself and crying. Reason being performance. Even though Kunalji may have studied a crying child or just seen one, it did not seem rehearsed but you saw a guy crying like a child. There was many small details in that scene that someone with a child would notice.

Then especially the moment when Sid hurt himself while talking to his father. We all have been there when everything suck and suddenly something happens (could be you just drop something) and everything just become to much.

I also love the scene when Sid is about to leave and Monu comes. Love the whole scene and for me the few best scenes and moment are these....Here it not only the written words but the way the lines was delivered and voice modulation. Perfect and on point!

All in all the show is great and so are the star cast. All relationships are beautiful one way or another. Dialogue are great and it written well. The show itself is a "landmark". There is always place for improvement but this show is one of the best and different....right now.

Started watching for monu and sid so...

Monu pushing koel through parakram gate and slipping against it with helpless look as if she has lost everything.

Monu Faizi tree scene.

Monu meeting that lady in epi 1/2 who said her mom would have been proud (something like that) and the tears in her eyes.

Same epi she handed over her resignation and her dad was like 2 din mein ajaogi wapas and later she remembered that which gave her strength.

Sid's dad telling him ab monami ko propose kiya and the look on his face 😂😂😂😂😂

Sid stopping monu and being like iska dhyan rkhna, uska dhyan rkhna, the leg thing they did, and bus passengers got irritated 😂😂😂

Their dance , sid charming mrs Batra. ❤️❤️

Yesterday we had a very clear picture into their relationship, which is something we haven't seen on screen yet. Be it Bollywood or Hollywood. It beyond friendship and siblings. They got each other's back and the way they reach out to each other at the end was beautiful. You had a feel about how they have made their own little world. Standing together. I wouldn't mind some flashbacks to their childhood. In my mind they are playing in Sid's treehouse, hiding from rest of the world.

Episode 89: 16-Dec-2021:

Monami is recovering a heartbreak due to a denial from Karan and holding up to be in the best of herself for the prestigious event: Chakravyuh. Siddhart recognizes that and consoles her saying:

"Heartbreak is never overrated. It teaches you. It makes you think. It makes you intelligent."
