So it was Rajeev being beaten up by Maan. Maan seems to be a devil here. Maan's craziness for Geet lead him to the extent to kill her love, sadly she had to witness Rajeev being beaten to death. 

Maaneet got married, where it was Maan's another plot, that he is saving Geet's familie's honour. Geet's family was so blinded by familie's honour and reputation that they didn't give Geet the chance to speak or to see the truth. 

Waiting to see if Geet will fight with Maan for trapping her or she will be forced to accept whatever he says.
