I've heard of young actresses getting self conscious after playing characters who are made fun of for their looks. The episode where Mayank body shames Ishqi was hard to watch..hope she didn't internalize any of it.😒

Yes I really hope she is fine. She lost lot of weight and she is just a teenager. So that insecurity can be there. If you see her old show pictures, you will realize she lost lot of weight.
