Technicalities.  There needs to be  frontal genital nudity in them for them to be  officially classified as p#rn.  Otherwise it's in a grey area where someone could take you to court but you can get out of it if u have money and influence.  In my opinion p#r n is way more dignified than her sleazy third rate web series. Would be fun if Smriti Irani were to be given the Ministry of Info and Broadcasting.

nothin much wud happen even if Smriti was at the helm and ektaa got caught. without an iota of doubt ektaa will b out unscathed. even kundra, he escaped arrest so far bribing the officials.

Smriti will be forced to denounce her mentor in public. She'll be forced to give Ekta a bhaashan in her signature style..Humhaari sanskriti mein yeh sab nahi chalta and all that.  Ekta will not give in without a good fight.  Might spill dirt.  Would at least remind her of her Miss India days in shorts and swimwear.  It would def be another blow to Smriti's holier than thou BS and fun to watch.  Some real drama from the both of them LOL

wishful thinking 😉shameless as they are, she wouldn't think twice to support ektaa. 

Until genitals are visible, full nudity isn't there..it isn't p*rn but some do call what ekta produces with alt balaji as soft p*rn. Ekta has more business sense as well as brains than kundra.

Moreover p*rn industry isn't about producing sex movies, it is quite exploitative to its actors. More people are coming forward regarding harassment faced because of kundra.
