It's a lovely name! ❤️

I'll still wait for Saifeena to confirm the actual name of their 2nd son to the whole world. 😳

For those confused, Jeh is a Parsi name, in the Pahlavi language. Its origins can be found in the Avesta, the holy book of Zoroastrianism, where its original form was Jahi (in Avestan).

Its not short for Jehangir, which is also a Persian-Zoroastrian name. Both the names have existed before the birth of Islam, when Ancient Iran was primarily Zoroastrian.

Looks like Saifeena were going for a comparatively neutral name, even though it could be thought that Jeh is short for Jahangir (there's a spelling difference right there).
