He is a understanding child but the situations are not well with him
It's really sad to see that moksh is having blood cancer 🥺🥺he already suffered so much and till now he is suffering only
I really hope he gets well soon and he has to not suffered too much

Hope kalma understands his situation and with time they manage it otherwise it can lead to huge problem
