More happier or happy?Help please

Is it grammatically incorrect if I say

"Could I be more delighted?!

expecting atleast one comment as the matter is quite urgent

The answer is: it is correct.

Ask yourself how you would answer this question.

”I couldn’t be more delighted.”

Sounds right, doesn’t it?

Which means the question you’ve framed is right.

Bear in mind that this would be a rhetorical question. Since I don’t know the context in which you intend to use it, I cannot offer further insight whether the use of it would be appropriate.

All I can say is, the question is one you wouldn’t expect an answer to. It can be said in a moment of sincerity when a person is feeling genuinely happy and wishes to express their delight, or it can be used as an expression of sarcasm.
