The episode began when Omkar and Mayura are doing mata ji puja outside of the hospital. Mayura is very angry and finds out about Omkar's fake blindness story. Mayura tells lots of things in anger to Omkar and Omkar said he did it for Tara only. Mayura decides to keep him away from Tara and herself but Omkar says please try to understand and listen to him. Omkar kept telling Mayura how Vishakha is wrong and how she lied did everything but Mayura doesn't listen.

A nurse comes to tell Mayura that doctor wants to see her about Tara. Mayura runs and stops Omkar from coming inside the room. Vishakha is in the room with Mayura as well. 

The doctor says to Mayura please read the reports herself as she is a doctor. Mayura reads the report out loud, stating how Tara didn't eat for two weeks, without medication and without water. Tara is too weak.

Omkar gets annoyed and tries to harm Vishakha but doesn't. Mayura comes close to Omkar and slaps Vishakha hard and Vishakha and everyone gets shocked. Mayura says to her stop faking the care and attention. Mayura says Vishal Gupta? he is your brother and Vishakha denies everything.

Vishakha takes a knife and runs through Tara and tells everyone to stay where they are or else she will kill Tara.

Later on, Vishakha runs away from the hospital and Omkar runs after her and tells her she will die today and won't let her go.
