Riddhima Sharma she hates that surname, the parents who left her in a orphanage because she was a girl child, oh yes she knew everything about her birth parents.
After she started working, she had tried to find her parents and even then they didn't feel any remorse about what they done to her. That was the day she promised herself never to fall in love with anybody.
That all changed when Vansh Raisinghania came into her life, he was in the hospital getting treated for a stiff shoulder and one day the senior doctor was not there and Riddhima had taken over for her,

One meetings became into few and slowly they fell in love, but they kept their relationship a secret, they got married in secret as well. She knew about his shady business but she didn't care.
That's when she came to know about Kabir from Angre and how he is trying to sabotage Vansh's deals. Luckily for her he had came to get treatment from her and from that day onwards she had played with him.

And as predicted, Neha was able to capture images of Vansh and Chang dealing diamonds, Vansh had taken the proofs from her and had just turned his back towards Neha, when she tried to stab him but Riddhima saved him.
