The episode begins with Vanraj pleading , requesting Anupama to accept him back into her life. He wanted to live with his family now . Anupama makes it clear to him that she did love him in the past , she got heart broken, she has since moved on . She refuses to come back to square one , she was incapable of accepting him back into her life . She asks him not to betray Kavya just as he betrayed her .
Vanraj wants to live with his family n regrets his decisions in the past . Anupama refuses to accept him back as she was incapable of changing her mind again n again, she was human , not a inanimate thing that switched on n off at other’s will .
She asks him not to misunderstand her while she is taking care of him, she did this on pure humanitarian grounds as he was badly injured , for the sake of baa Babuji n the children . But now that he was ok he had to leave. Everything could not go on as per his sweet will. He started relationship with Kavya at his will, he went to live with her leaving his own family that was his own will , now it was her will never to accept him back . He had said he loved Kavya so why not go back to her . He had betrayed her to go to Kavya Asks him not to betray Kavya and come back to her.
She had rubbed off his name from her heart n mind. She refuses to reunite with him, despite his pleadings for second chance , to let him care for her n her family . Anupama walks away saying thanks for the new washing machine , she assures she will repay him back in instalments .
Baa over hears n berates Anupama for not forgiving her son Vanraj.....she scolds her for showing attitude . She goes on n on insulting Anu for not accepting him back into her life . Samar n Babuji try to stop Baa from scolding Anupama but Baa is unstoppable . She says even Gods forgive humans when they seek forgiveness and mend their ways , her son had mend his ways n was seeking forgiveness & wanting to return to his family why was Anupama not accepting him !! When Van was wrong Baa slapped him Babuji threw him out of the house , Anu n the kids refused to talk to him n turned their face away from him , but now he has realised his mistake , How can she stop Van from living with his family ?? Baa refuses to let Anupama have her own ways . Her son will stay here as long as he wants with his own family . All wives in this world forgive their husbands , be cause only wives are capable of forgiveness. Men do make mistakes it’s their nature . How long will Anupama go on punishing him ?? If required she could slap.Anupama too ..Babuji reminds leela that Anu was ghar ki laxmi n no one should insult her or slap her .Samar n Babuji support Anupama h her decision .
anupama refuses to listen to Baa. Kinjal comforts n supports Anupama in the kitchen .
Samar meets Nandini n confesses his feelings for her , he also tells her he had read her diary , nandini gets furious that he had betrayed her by not listening to her n went ahead n read her personal diary with out her permission, she is distraught n leaves him crying . Samar is heart broken too .
Vanraj is wondering how to placate Anupama. He notices Anirudh entering Kavya’s house ,he keeps watching until Anirudh leaves , he gets jealous n wonder why the two were meeting, what were they doing together . after Anuridh leaves Kavya calls Van asking him to meet her in the evening , he agrees .
samar tries to calm Anupama, he suggests she visit Krishna mandir where she always got peace of mind . Anupama agrees to visit in the evening .
Van over hears Anu’s plan to visit temple, he feels that was right time to talk to her again, but wonders how would he meet Kavya in the evening ?? pakhi wants to join her school picnic to Nainital , Anupama refuses but Vanraj asks her to give the child her freedom, let her get independent. He understands Anupamaa’s fears n suggests they too would visit Nainital n stay near to the place where Pakhi was staying . So AnuPam might not worry for Pakhi . Also if finance was the issue he was always there for his kids .The family is very happy n excited about visit to Nainital. Anupama displays no such excitement .
Pakhi thrilled that not only was she allowed to join school picnic but also her family with be near around !! Baa is happy that Vanraj showed his samajhdaari and explained to Anupama .
At mandir Anupama is sitting in thoughtful mode , Van comes n sits besides her . She is displeased n surprised tk find him next to her . Right then Pandit comes n blesses the couple with for ever togetherness , Anu feels awkward . Van then attempts to fill Anu’s maang , but she prevents him .
Vanraj is shocked.

Kavya tells Vanraj that she wanted to give Anuridh a second chance . Vanraj is standing on the street in the middle of two houses . On one side Anupama refuses to accept him , on the other Kavya wants to reunite with her earlier husband . Vanraj stares at the closed doors on both sides .
. Vanraj looks at Anupama as she is working in the kitchen, he enters Kavya’s house while looking at Anupama.
