The episode begins with Anupama noticing Van fallen off the bed n moaning in pain. She rushes to his side n screams for Pakhi, Toshu, Samar . All rush to his side n all help him lay on the bed . Anupama showers him with concern . She then realises she was over reacting to his condition n feels awkward . Baa then forces Anupama to do oil massage n hot fomentation to his injured arm . Anupama resents this but Baa forces it . Anupama does the oil massage reluctantly but Van loves Anupama’s attention n tells her that he got much relief . He tries to patch up with a Anupama several times but she remains indifferent to wards him. Kinjal understands Anupama’s hesitancy and speaks in her support n resents how Baa was forcing Anu towards Van .
Pakhi resents Kinjal always going against Van and confronts Kinjal for it . Kinjal tries to make Pakhi understand but Pakhi insults Kinjal . Toshu scolds Pakhinfor insulting Kinjal ... Pakhi accuses Toshu also. Anupama’s timely intervention smoother ruffled feathers of KinTos . But Pakhi behaves like a typical hot headed teenager .
At breakfast time Pakhi again accuses Kinjal. Anupama informs Van about the doctor’s check up scheduled for the evening. Kinjal and Toshu have to go to work, so does Anupama. Sama Ron Pakhinhave their classes , so all wonder who would accompany Van. Baa taunts the bahus for going to work leaving behind all the domestic chores. Baa is bothered about Van’s salary, which was doubtful now .
Babuji assures everyone that the two bahus and Toshu would work n run the household . Baa purses her lips while Van feels guilty . Samar offers to take his dad . Kinjal offers their family SUV.Baa declines to take Rakhi’s vehicle as she would taunt the family for the entire life for this one use of their car . Kinjal argues with baa , Van tries to explain Rakhi’s attitude n nature but Kinjal argues . Finally Anupama explains the situation to Kinjal n settles the matters .
Van has tk be taken back to bed . Toshu offers to take him but Baa asks him to hurry up with his meal and get ready for his work , she insists Anupama would take him to his bed . Anupama resents it , Kinjal feels Anu’s resentment n predicament .
Van feels guilty about burdening Anupama , but he states he had chosen to come to his family as he knew he would recover after here . Anupama says he was not their burden but their guest .
So he could stop feeling guilty .
At her house Kavya refuses to let Van return back to Anupama despite Anu’s reassurances , she recollects all the Anu Van close moments n feels jealous n refuses tk leave things to chance. She packs her bags n arrives at Shan house in a cab. She notices Anu assisting Van to the bedroom n feels jealous of the two
The family is shocked as Kavya arrives at Shah house with bags n baggages .

Kavya offers to take Van to the doctors for review. Van declines n wants to go in his own cab . Anupama advises him to carry on n hands his medical documents to Kavya .
Kavya taunts Anupama that others might take care of him for a while but Kavya would always be by his side n take care of him because she loved him. Anupama feels hurt again as Kavya n Van drive away in the cab.
