He hates Kalyani but what is his problem with Moksh he is his own nephew's son.
Kaka never had any such close relation with Ahir and even knows he tried to kill Moksh and what happened was an accident.
Is his problem that Moksh pretended along with Kalyani and Anu to be his daughter which hurt his feelings so wants to take revenge against him as well.
He has fallen so low how can he do that to an innocent child when he knows nothing was deliberate.
I don't care what they do with the character anymore but just saying.

they are doing same thing with him that they did with malhar's character.
logically malhar didn't have to be this rude and torture kalyani as she wasn't involved in all that happened with swara and most importantly he loved her madly, still they made malhar do all that torture thing to show kalmoksh raabta
now to malhar normal they are destroying sarthak completely i always knew something like this would happen since the time anuyani introduced mukku as anusar's beti.
but i expected him to target kallu, as moksh is rane waris, but as malhar targeted kalyani to hurt anupriya now sarthak is targeting moksh to hurt kalyani.
