episode begins with alia halting the celebrations and sarang taking out his wallet but he stops when she walks to manju ...she blasts off at manju for sending a used writing whereas manju cries and tries to apologize that it was unintentional...alia gets pissed off and declares that the employees who try to malign the company's reputation dont belong in that company hence firing manju..everyone especially manju are shocked...everyone looks at manju...manju says she requires this job in order to pay off her bills and her coworkers try to cajole her...lol shouldve thought before even sending the poem out and nobody searched for the poem online before submitting to the client...sarang disagrees with alia's actions w/o considering the seriousness of the situation such as her pregnancy ..chotelaal says alia prefers her thoughts over another person's thoughts...chotelaal, did u think why she does such actions?....all continue to calm her down & fahim agrees with alia's POV before he gets shunned away by his coworkers..manju shudders alia wont agree to talk with manju ...sarang says that she should try before feeling guilty ...rahul also agrees so the staff suggests that rahul accompany manju and he agrees ...
