Now she has made some mistakes. 

Sarthak to Mukku ke baare me jhoot bola. 

Seems like she has struck a deal with Vivek for that video. Matlab in swara case he may be released.

Shayad CD ko destroy nahi kiya. 

Pehle do are enough for Sarthak to go back into his angry mode.

Anu probably didn't say Moksh because she feared Sarthak would jump at the opportunity to make sure Kalyani doesn't get the kid's custody, and would again also push for AviHar's marriage. 

Of course, her lie has worsened everything by 200%, but we know already knew these two women don't have the capacity to think clearly when their respective kid is concerned.

Saving the kid from charges is more important than custody. 

And custody there is no issue as of now because malhar is the only one eligible for it and he will willingly give moksh to Kalyani. Sarthak really cannot do anything there. 

It's time these women begin to think like a lawyer and DM too..

He can give the baby to any one he wants

If malhar files a complaint

Fake moksh ko bhi vo sirf isliye rakh payi beacuse she had Malhar consent 

I know, but panic mein Kallu aur Anu ne yeh sab todha socha hoga? Told ya they become absolute idiots when it comes to Pillu or, in Anu's case, Kalyani herself.
