Hi Guys, this is my first time trying out creative writing so constructive criticism is accepted but please don’t scare me. Honestly, super terrified to share this… I wrote this when I should be studying for my exams next week. Hopefully you all like the OS, it is vaguely based off an epilogue I read as a preteen.
Asmaanixx I have taken inspiration from your writing format. Hopefully, it lives up to your standards.
This OS will cover some events of the show's current timeline.. However Vansh has not jumped the cliff. And Riddhima has come across Kabir’s secret.
She had finally figured it out.. Kabir - Anupriya. She couldn’t believe it.
Vansh.
Oo Vansh.
She had to tell him.
Would he believe her?
After all, she broke his heart... she betrayed him.
He wouldn’t.
What would she say?
That its his idolised stepmother pulling the strings.
He will not believe her.
She’ll have to make him believe her.
How?
No Ragini. No Siya.
She is responsible for it. Her fault. She played with three lives, her fault.
She’ll fix it.
She has to fix it.
He has to trust her.
She’ll make him trust her.
Proof?
What proof could she conjure?
The box. The thief of a Fireman. Kabir.
Oh.
DSR. Kabir.
The Doctor. Kabir.
Badrinath. Kabir.
How? How could she not have seen that…
Kabir could have never gotten in so easily without help!

Vansh had warned her.
Told her to be more vigilant.
Told her to be careful.
She ignored him.
His words. His warnings. His concern.
She’ll fix it.
She won't hide it this time.
She’ll tell him first.
They’ll find the evidence. Together!
She hurried into the secret room. She had seen Vansh disappear into there.
She rushed down the stairs.
She stopped as she heard voices.
He wasn’t alone.
His baritone voice was soft but angry.
The other was flustered.
It sounded familiar.
Angre?
No.
A silvery laughter echoed through the dimly lit room.
Kabir.
Inspector Kabir.
What? What was he doing here?
She peeked around the corner.
It was Kabir.
His back facing her.
In front of Kabir stood… a smiling Vansh?
Her Vansh.
He stood tall, still carrying that dangerous aura.
But..
Where was that hostility? The irritation?
Her Vansh who craftly dug Kabir out from inside the table and held a gun to the inspector’s head… stood tall smiling adoringly at the same man.
What was going on?
Vansh looked happy. Eyes glittering as if everything he ever wanted was in front of him.
Kabir was in front of him.
Not her.
He hates Kabir.
Does he not?
I love you.
Had she heard him right?
Did he profess his love… too Kabir?
I love you too.
Kabir too?
What was going on?
Two stubborn men.
Men that were after each other's blood in the light of day.. Proclaiming love?
What?
Anupriya is becoming a nuisance. Injuring Siya was unnecessary, Kabir. Fix it. I’m getting tired of letting her think she is playing me. It is not fun anymore.
He knows?
What? Then why is he entertaining this?
And Kabir?
Why? We love games… or have you started to care for someone? Nossy and righteous little Riddhima?
That was a secret. Their secret. Kabir and Riddhima’s dirty little secret.
The secret that would ruin Kabir’s plan.
The secret that would ruin her happy little home.
Vansh did not even react.
Vansh knows?
Had he always known?
No. She is an orphan. Her crave for family and love makes her fun to toy with. More so than Ragini. But Family is off limits.. You know the rules.
Orphan?
Toy with?
More so than Ragini?
Kabir places his hands gently on Vansh’s shoulders.
Riddhima isn’t family. She’s the quarry. Playing for what she thinks are two opposing teams.
They are together.
Playing some sinister game. Again.
Something wicked.
She is the pawn.
Played in something she cannot name.
A quarry.
The quarry is my wife. Who must be conspiring a way to bring forth Anupriya’s secret… a son we killed and replaced years ago. Her confusion, her guilt.. her turmoil is calling me.
Good night, Kabir.
She silently watched both bid each other goodnight.
Something soft.. Something she never thought either men were capable of.
Only she knew how much strength she conjured to not run and break these men apart.
To demand why.
Hiding in the shadows she watched both men leave.
Leaving her brewing in the darkness.
The darkness they trapped her in.
Trapped within...
A deception of love.
A mountain of lies.
A beautiful cage isolated from the world.
They played a sinister game.
But they made a mistake.
They underestimated their quarry.
They’ll regret it.
She’ll make them.
Make them repent for using her.
RiAnsh lovers don't kill me. I love them, they are the endgame. But the chemistry between Kava is so electrifying that it makes me suspicious sometimes. Hope you enjoyed it! Will appreciate the feedback and love.
