Hi Guys, after seeing so many FF I thought to put this down. Cannot say I will upload every day and all. Whenever I get enough time from my work, will pen this down.
All the characters are the same expect Ridhimma and they will be many new roles also. So please share your thoughts so can make this better version.
Chapter 1:
Ishani is making everyone life hell with her actions about the wedding. All are feeling sad for Angre because they know how Ishani is going to make his life hell. Ishani who feels because of the baby she is being forced to marry Angre wants to kill the unborn baby and consumes alcohol.
By the time, everyone notices, she is in an unconscious state. When everyone rushed to the hospital, the doctor clearly states Ishani and the baby are in critical condition and they can't save both.
After a lot of pleads and threaten from the family, Dr Niddhi confesses that only one person who can do the operation is Dr R known as Dr Farishtey. But the same time Dr Niddhi says it been two years Dr R is not doing surgeries and no one knows where is she!
Ridhimaa is who covering herself from the doctor eyes don't know what to do and goes away from the place to pray. While Vansh asks for the image of the Dr R so he can search for her and get do the operation.
Dr Niddhi: I don't have her picture. I never saw her only. However, she is a role model for every medical student. She is the only doctor in the world who has expertise in Neurology, Cardiology, Pyshchriatistry, Physiotherapy along with Orthopedics and General Surgeon
Vansh: If she, not a gynaecologist then why are you referring here?
Dr Niddhi: As said she is General Surgeon and at the same time she knows very well about every pulse and nerve in the body. If she is on board, she will take care of the rest of the things and we will take care of the baby. If she is not on board then it is difficult for every one of us.
Vansh: Try to give me some more information, so I can find her.
Dr Niddhi: Sorry, Mr Rai Sighania I don't have any information about her.
(she gets a call and walkway, everyone is depressed about her and no one gave a thought about Ridhima. Even Kabir don't know what to do and he is searching for Ridhima but she is nowhere to be seen)
Dr Niddhi - Mr Rai Sighnaia, God has blessed us. Dr R has just called and said she is ready to do the surgery. She will be here with us in the next 5 -10 minutes. She already gave the details what needed to be done from our side. Therefore, I will go and prepare for the team. Now don't worry because Dr R never and ever made a mistake. She is a doctor who always saves patients and reduced their pain. Which is why we call her Dr Farishtey.
(Ridhima walks into the hospital and says to Vansh she is going to temple to pray for Ishani and will come in some time. Dadi and everyone agree for it so do Vansh.)
Everyone in the hospital is waiting for Dr R to walk in and see the enthusiasm and the happiness in their eyes, whole Rai Singhania family were awestruck. Then comes a girl whose face is covered with mask and face shield and calls Dr Niddhi name directly and says to direct her to the operation theatre. While going she looks into Vansh eyes and for some reason, Vansh feels he knows the person behind the mask.

Every person in the surgery is so happy that their dream came true. They are assisting Dr R in the operation. Vansh who doesn't trust anyone has cornered the director of the hospital and is in the balcony of the OT where he can see the surgery being performed on his sister with Angre.
Once again those eyes have looked at him and conveyed his sister will be fine. He doesn't know why he is unknowingly falling for those eyes.
The operation has started and everyone in the OT is shocked to when R has cut the body there is no blood. Everyone for a second thought they are operating on a dead body but that is the style of Dr R.
Once the surgery started everyone thought it will continue for hours as it is a lengthy operation, but the way she is indicating everyone they are amused to see it is being done in 2 hours itself. They always heard about her hands on the operation table and today they all are awestruck to see the way her hands working like a magic. They never and ever saw someone whose hands are so delicate yet are working like wonders. She said operation successful and left the theatre.
(Outside)
By the time everyone came outside to say Thank you, the nurse says Dr R left saying the patient and the baby both are fine and they need plenty of rest. All are shocked to know how come she left like that.
Dr Niddhi: She's just like that. Two years before she is the star of the medical world. Don't know what happened two years ago, ever since no one heard about her. I don't know from where she got to know about Ishani but she saved your sister life Mr Rai Sighania.
(Ridhima walk-in with the prasad)
Ridhima: Did the operation went well?
Dadi: Ha! Some doctor named R performed the surgery and it went well.
Vansh: Looks into Ridhima eyes and feels Dr R also shared the same eyes.
Did you go to Temple?
Ridhima: Yes, if I don't go from where I got the Prasad.
Kabir: She didn't go temple. I lost her in the mid-way. Where she went in the first place? Why she is lying to Vansh. I need to know where she went?

The OT scene reminds me of a scene from a Korean drama doctor stranger...
Yup! I'm a huge fan of Korean dramas. Also not being a doctor don't know what more I can say. So I have taken those thoughts and added for mine.
Also, I felt it's high time they show Ridhima as a doctor also.

Chapter 2
Ishani has been shifted to a special room where she is back to consciousness and angry on everyone especially on Dr R who has operated her.
Ishani: Why you guys saved me? I don't want to marry Angre and why are you guys punishing me? Are you guys not my family? Yes, I understand I'm having this baby before marriage, so what? Can't you guys support for me what I'm? Do I need a man for it?
Ridhima who is hearing this says, Ishani is right. Why push her to the corner when she is not interested. Today she tried to kill the baby, tomorrow she can do anything. We cannot save her every time. But at the same time, we cannot kill the baby. So we better give for the orphanage.
Vansh and the rest of the family are shocked as she is the one who said Angre is right. Dadi who seems confused understands where it is coming from and says Ridhima is right. We are trying to kill a baby who has done nothing. So Ishani should give birth to the child and then give for adoption.
Ridhima: Rather than giving adoption, let's give the child to 'Aashiana Foundation'. I'm sure they will take care of the kid as their own.
Ishani: Are you gone crazy? Do you even know about that Foundation? It's the world largest NGO. Not just NGO it is also a University for many people. It's an Empire which has built by someone unknown yet people respect it a lot. Even to take kids for adoption also it has a lot of processes to undergo. So you better stay out of it!
Ridhima: If I say I use to work as a volunteer in that foundation before joining in VR Mansion, then? Would you able to give your baby to them?
Ishani: No way, I tried to be designer for their NGO and got rejected thrice. Middle -class thrash you are... how come you worked in the foundation.
Ridhima: It's not important who got hired and fired, are you willing to give your baby to them or not?
(All are shocked to see Ridhima's tone because they never saw her speaking with such a commanding tone. Vansh is seeing a different side of his wife.)
Ishani: Done deal. Bring them now itself.
Ridhima: Sure. Vansh please give me your phone, I will call them. I don't want you guys to think I'm harming Ishani, baby or anyone of you.
Ridhima: Hi, I'm Ridhima. Can you please come to ABC hospital. A parent wants to give their unborn baby for the adoption.
(After 1 Hour)
Sister Prema: Hello, I'm Prema and here to take care of the adoption process. Ms Ishani as you are giving your baby for Ashiana, from today onwards our volunteer Ridhima will take care of you. You have to follow all of her rules. If you hurt the baby then, we will put you behind the bars and no one can't help you from it. So you have to take care of the baby and once the baby is born will take care of the next. You will be not knowing anything about the baby and the people who are related to you also. If you agree to all this, please sign the papers.
Ishani: I will agree on everything. Is it necessary for Ridhima to take care of me?
Sister Prema: Yes! Also, you cannot negotiate with us!
(Outside the hospital - Vansh is watching)
Ridhima: Thank you, Sister Prema, for everything!
Sister Prema: Ridhima, you are our volunteer! So we have to help our employees. But are you sure Ishani will listen to you?
Ridhima: She needs to Sister Prema!
(Sister Prema Left - Back to room)
Dr Niddi: Sir, the patient looks fine. We can discharge by the evening. However please give her plenty of rest. Also, I must Thank you all. Though it looks silly and weird, because of you Ishani, we have got a chance to work with Dr R. The woman who is as mysterious one can be, we have assisted her. Yes, we don't know how she looks even after working closely with her, but just being part of the room where she is, make us so happy.
Aryan: She is not part of the hospital, so how come you allowed her immediately?
Dr Niddhi: Well, she is one such doctor who doesn't need any kind of appointments or approvals from any doctor or hospital in the world if she decides to operate on anyone. She is a doctor who is a genius. Seeing you, she can say what problems you have in your body and or what you might develop in the future. She's such doctor who doesn't need light to operate. She can do it even in darkness also. The moment you say pain, she will connect all the dots and tell the medical history of yours which are you unknown. Above all, she is the only female person who worked under famous Physcriatist Dr Blonde and learned from him the mind hacking. She is also known as a shield because she can easily enter anyone's subconscious memory and revive the lost memories but none could enter her brain neither and hypnotize her. The day you meet her, you will understand why she is so great! Also, she has a heart of gold. She costs millions to the rich people and whatever she earns she gives back to the hospitals so that poor people can be treated. She is treated as a goddess by almost 2/3rd of people in the world. She is beauty with brains along with a golden heart. A rare combination.
(Everyone are shocked to hear so much about Dr R, they also want to meet her)
Aryan: Wow! Beauty, brains and golden heart, I'm impressed. I will make her my girlfriend for sure if she meets me.
Dr Niddhi: All the best sir! Many tried to have her in their life but she rejected a lot of men say, top doctors.
Vansh: Can you give me the number of her from which she called you at the time of operation?
Dr Niddhi: Sorry sir, we traced back and got to know it is from STD which is before the hospital.
(Vansh signals Angre and Angre goes to the CCTV footage and learns nothing is recorded)
Angre: Boss, nothing is recorded! Looks like she wiped it!
Dr Niddhi: She is a master of many things. So don't underestimate her. She can learn and do anything in seconds. I feel she might have hacked all the CCTV cameras and made it happen. As said she can do anything.
Vansh: Thank you, doctor. If she ever comes into your contact, please keep us posted.
Dr Niddhi: Sure
(Ridhima comes inside the room)
Vansh: Sister Prema left an hour ago what are you doing outside? You are the person to take care of Ishani from now-on-wards.
Dadi: Vansh, we are stressed so as Ridhimma. Give a break son! Ridhima, please take care of her from now.
Ridhima: Sure, Dadi!
Chachi: What about the wedding then?
(Everyone looks at Angre and Angre looks at Ridhima, Vansh and Ishani. )

Ridhima: Ishani from now onwards you need to do what I say, if not Ashiana Foundation (AF) will put you behind the bars if something happens to the baby and trust me when I say this, Vansh also can't save you when AF would like to fight with someone or something.
