The episode begins with Mishbir facing the wrath of Maheshwari family ladies for failing to convince Kuhu from going for Surrogacy .
Anir argues that KuKu were adamant Abir says they had to agre to KuKu’s wishes as they threatened to shift to Dubai if MishBir disagreed . Abir is accused by Varsha of putting Kuhu in problem just to keep his own younger brother close to him!!
Barsha lashes out at Jasmeet for chatting with Kuhu all day long but failing to give Kuhu proper advise when required the most.
Raj wipes Varsha’s tears n calm her . Varsha feels she was the worst mother who failed to keep her child close by n protect her.
At hospital KuKu are waiting for procedure and they are worried how Maheshwari family members might have behaved with a Mishbir when they were informed about Kuhu’s surrogacy plans. Kunal supports n calms Kuhu n keeps her distracted . Mishit arrives n informs how angry everyone was . Kunal says they should be given time to accept the fact. Nurse asks Kuhunto change n get ready .
at Maheshwari mansion the ladies are worried for Kuhu, they lament the fate of their daughters who failed to co silt their mother’s , Barsha compared Ziddi Kuhu with Mishti who always consulted her BM.
Meenu arrives with box of sweets as Kuhu was going to undergo implantation today , Rajshri retorts back Meenu in a shocking manner expressing their displeasure n asks her to leave. This renders Meenu speechless and she goes away. Jasmeet is proud of Rajshri for doing this much needed treatment of dominating Meenu.
At hospital the foursome are bonding n taking selfies , Kuhu comp,ains about the drab patient’s clothings n wants to redesign them . Mishbir praise KuKu for their sacrifice and . expressing their gratitude towards KuKu . They take selfies just before Kuhu is asked to come inside OT for procedure .
Varsha n Raj try to contact Mishbir n KuKu but all phones are either not attended or busy. They rush to reach the fertility clinic .
Varsha and Raj reach the clinic just in time to hear the doctor inform Mishbir n Kunal that Kuhu’s implantation procedure was completed .varsha feels giddy n sinks to the floor lamenting her daughter had committed the biggest mistake of her life , Raj consoles Varsha.
Kuhu SMSs Meenu that the procedure was completed the doc’s co formation was awaited . Meenu replies that she will fulfill all her promises after the confirmation.
Mishbir n Kunal meet Kuhu after the procedure , they are concerned for Kuhu. The doc arrives n says the procedure was completed . They had to wait for two weeks before they could confirm Kuhu was indeed pregnant . She informs all the do’s and dont’s to Kuhu , Kuhu is appalled at the restrictions imposed on her . The doc reminds her of the Covid conditions prevailing outside n the abnormal pregnancy she was going through required her to take all precautions , putting to rest all Kuhu’s protests .

Kuhu hopes that she was doing this for KuKu’s bright future and she hopes all her troubles were worth it ....Mishti is seen taking care of Kuhu’s tasty food demands . She becomes her chef on duty at Kuhu’s beck n call . Kuhu thanks a Mishit for this n Mishit feels grateful to KuKu for their sacrifice . No one could have done this for them .
Kuhu finds it very difficult to restrain herself in her bed and take rest as advised by the doc . Kunal tried to keep her distracted . Kuhu feels jealous seeing Mishbir in riddles romance n masti all over the house .
Meenu warns Kuhu that for bright future she had to make efforts now .. making Kuhu understand that for getting hat Kuhu wanted in future she had to go through trouble today ,,meenu cleverly changes the topic noticing Mishti .. she says for the better health of the baby Kuhu better rest today .
Kuhu sees an Ad about SRK’s visit n programme at Rajkot , she gets excited about her fav hero n wants to visit the function , she wonders how to escape .
