Kangana is right here. Rhea is a small time druggie. She has purchased really small amounts.  She would get much lighter sentence with 1 to 5 years of imprisonment. CBI now has to take permission from court to interrogate anyone for SSR case as she and others are in custody of NCB. They are really fiercely protective of anyone under their custody as they know these people have maximum chance of getting harmed and threats.
