The episode begins with Mishbir Hugging and sharing their love . Mishti suddenly feels an attack of pain in her lower abdomen . Abir is concerned for her n suggests getting her checked up .She denies having much problem n choses to ignore it .
The lady doc arrives and informs them about Kuhu's state of wound and fitness for home management . Doc advise Mishti to get herself checked too as she was having pain abdomen. Mishti tries to avoid n ignore but on insisting by Abir n Doc she agrees .
Mishbir then have sweet discussions on having their baby . They both agree. Abir apologises for being rude to her earlier n calling her childish n unfit to be a parent .
While preparing for Sonography Mishti thinks Mishbir had bad experiences with their fathers... their childhood was pained by their dad's behavior. She assures him Mishbir would never do the same to their child . Mishbir are surprised she was already thinking of the baby .
At Rajvansh Sadan Meenu fumes with fury abadi maa calls her informing everything was OK n all four kids were returning home . Meenu is furious on the fact that her son had not shared his problems with her n went to badi maa instead. Rajshri tries to calm Meenu .
Nidhi and Parul have a talk on how Mishku always solved their problems together n sometimes they themselves became the problem .Meenu shuts up Nidhi .
Mishbir n Kuku return home . Kuhu is on wheelchair . They are warmly welcomed by Mee u n Parul . Kuhu explains the enormity of her wounds while Kunal down plays it n jokes over it much to her annoyance .
Meenu shows her fury on Abir n refuses to accept his respect for her . Abir is shocked at her annoyance .
At last they go to their rooms . Kuku share their mutual feelings about not being ready for their baby . They have moments of masti n nok jokes n teasing each other.
At Maheshwari house there is Ganapati sthapana and Mishbir perform aarti. Everyone is thankful for sorting out all problems .
Abir goes to meet meenu and she lashes out her fury at him . She had brought him up single handedly n resolved all his problems till date . He used to come to her with his smallest problems but this time he kept her in the dark . He went to Badi maa rather then his own mother . She refuses to forgive Abir for this n refuses his apology . She states he will never understand her hurt until his child does this to him. She hopes no one has to face this hurtful experience that she went through .
Mishti stands outside the room behind the door n is very hurt overhearing mother n son discussions .

At Ganapati pooja ... the whole family is standing together ... Abir gets a phone call from the lady doc inquiring about any serious abdominal injuries that Mishti might've suffered . Abir denies . Doc then informs Mishti has suffered internal injuries resulting in infertility .
Abir is shocked n states at Mishti who was blissfully unawares .
