Can you name some films which were made with very ambitious plans but didn't deliver at all?

For e.g. - Padmavat, Paanipat are some examples I can think of

OMG where to start. Ra One. Mohenjo-Daro. Dilwale. Raees. Krrish 3. Saaho. Even baahubali 2 to some extent was disappointing. Kalank. TOH. So many others
