From Dr. Swami's letter it seemed like it was going to be more in depth than Rhea. Ishkaran said she might have stolen money but it didnt seem like she was there at the time of the murder. Dr. Swami who got the ED investigation ordered is convinced that it is a murder. It might involve biggies and Rhea was also a pawn. But the FIR from the family perspective only blames Rhea. So they asked for a copy of it yesterday and started there. 

But if you follow the sister on twitter. She retweeted the video about how Rhea manipulates her BFs. They really seem to think it was her.

and why so called biggie had to kill sushant for 15 cr?  A big politician or industrialist or a big bw personality could kill sushant for 15 cr? Not believable

Bollywood Mafia  bigwigs were not after his money, they wanted to eliminate him from the industry. He was requesting his fans to watch his movies, otherwise he will be shown the doors.
