Geet was 8 months pregnant but lost her baby in an accident maan came hospital to meet her geet asking sorry for not saving their baby both are guilty 

Really sad Geet lost her child.

At least Maan realized his mistake and hope he helps her out of this sorrow and loss.

Maan in Chennai and there he sees Geet been place into the ambulance

and the fact that the chain he put around Geet's neck was lying on the ground

Its sad and painful , Geet lost her baby and when Maan sees his baby girl 

he is broken and feels its because of him 

Geet is in this situation

even after 8 months Geet still respects and love Maan

is geet family abandoned her? why was she in Chennai? how is she surviving there? 

It's good if baby wasn't healthy ...she left or else whole life in pain ... is just punishment nothing else.
