But whatever Sherlyn said was basically true and she hit Sarla's insecurities in the right spot. Frankly if Karan can believe a bunch of photograph and then demean and drag Preeta out of his house than Sarla can most definately and most logically get instigated by Sherlyn. Karan Luthra married 'her' daughter with dhoka as his preferred technique, followed by a very moving but utterly fake proposal, followed by even more fake promises of taking care of 'her' daughter during the bidayi but then leaving her in the middle of the road in full bridal attire. YET despite ALL this Sarla did believe Karan and his promises when he told her that he would get Preeta freed from jail, despite what Karan may have actually done is immaterial, prior to being instigated by Sherlyn Sarla saw 'her' own daughter being convicted guilty for a crime that 'her' daughter NEVER committed. None of what Sherlyn said was a lie and nothing of what Sarla did was unfounded.
