Katrina was definitely the biggest mass sensation after SriD, Mads, Ash. She captured the imagination of the masses. She was especially popular with men, while Deepika was more popular among the female crowd.

Yeah, acting wasn't her strong point but people didn't flock theatres to watch her act. Just the way people don't go to Salman movies to see acting. She looked beautiful and danced well - and as a commercial heroine she mostly leveraged on her strengths and never pretended to be some Meryl Streep by doing heroine centric films.

Which most of her hits, you are talking about where she was equivalent to Sonam in Sanju or SSR in PK??

Even the hugely marginalized Dhoom 3 had Kamli, the only thing, people still see as a positive from that movie.

Her pairing with big stars always created a buzz, she wasn't just a role filler, as Sonam in Sanju or SSR in PK.

sorry, shud have mentioned it earlier........by mentioning sonam, i didnt mean the length or depth of the role (havent watched Sanju till date so dont know what Sonam's role was) but the fact that Sonam or her character wasnt the reason Sanju became a BB...... there were other major factors involved........and i believe its the same with most of KAtrina's hit......... she is not the only major factor........ the factors are far more greater.......like ETT and TZH were a BB cause of Salman...... she might be the plus factor but it wouldve done well, even without her......

The woman can't act to save her life. If anyone only Deepika has the superstar aura that comes close to them but this is not a topic made on her so let's not go there. 

Lol if you stans can compare wooden plank aka madam ji with Sri Devi and Madhuri, why can’t Kat be compared? U guys are talking as if your madam ji is the best actress out there 😆 which is far from truth as it’s been proven multiple times. 🤪🤣 Also no Kat fan will ever compare Kat with acting legends. They aren’t like you fans who go around over hyping your madam ji non existent star power and non existent acting skills. They accept Kat the way she is and doesn’t argue that she is the best thing unlike you fans. Heck they don’t even go around claiming that Kat is a superstar even though she has been unanimously declared the female star of the decade and let’s not forget she had been ruling BO scene before 2010 even. By right Kat fans should be over hyping and gloating but they are one of the most down to earth fans here. Just like Kat.
